The Rugers liked to "shave lead" after several hundred rounds were put thru them. Let us know if you get that S&W dialed in. O.C.....I thought you may go for that orange "flat gun"

I got my better half a new S&W 638 Airweight Revolver last year, and I can tell you that the quality is still there. I own three flat guns that I shoot regularly (carry my Glock 27 daily), but you can't beat a wheel gun (IMO) for just plain "fun shooting"! Besides, revolvers have been a much better investment for me. (wish I could say that about my 401K)

Thanks for the invite to go west, but aren't there a lot of liberals out where you are in Oregon? Smiley

I tend to deal with snow better than them!! I am a boater, and do envy your coastline, though!

You're right, a lot of liberals in some cities but a lot of silent conservatives also. The problem we have is that the liberals are concentrated in Portland, Salem and Eugene. Thus they carry the vote. About evenly split on the rest of Western Oregon. Eastern Oregon is ranch and farm country and mostly conservatives and 2A supporters. They generally don't have time for politics or voting although Oregon went to mail in ballots in the last two years so we get heard a lot more.
Lot of lakes and rivers and real good fishing. And pretty good hunting if you know where to go.
